MJM has posted a series of Monster Girl stories on his PBwiki detailing the origins of the so called Massive Garden of Eden planet. (They named it MGE, they shoulda known better =P) Well, his talent got my detail-whore of a brain workin and I came up with some stuff that might help all you out there willing to take the Monster Girl challenge. He and I collaborated a bit and used Saturn as an example. Saturn is ~10 Earth radii and slightly less than 1G on it's surface. (Which is actually high in it's atmosphere cuz it's mostly gas, but that's beside the point.)
<brainstorm>
Hmmm, let's see. Throw some EM turbulence at the core, that'll serve a four-fold purpose. Generating a magnetic field for solar rad shields, thus quelling surface winds. Pushing the rocky material from the previous core out to the surface making for more ground. Putting plasma at the core instead of gas or rock, thereby saving mass for gravity and atmo's sake. And, adding excess energy for all these magics and mutations and whatnot. After that we put the "ground" in some sort of intricate tectonic lattice for spectacular terrain effects; mile-high waterfalls, bottomless canyons, immense cave systems, skyscraper woods, cloud-piercing rock spires, all kinds of stuff.
<\brainstorm>
*shakes head vigorously* Well, I hope this gets those creative juices flowing, though these are by no means static rules or anything. What about the Code you say? Well, we consider the Code to be more actual guidelines. I look forward to seeing more stories. Good luck, jya ne, minaa.

I'm still a bit touchy about the code. For other writers, sure, use them as guidelines if you want. As for me, I'm going to try and keep the Monster Girls as close to the descriptions as they give them. The loli's (children) Monster Girls are going to be changed to adults so that I don't break my own rule about children being involved in erotica. Other than that, I will try to stick with those guidelines.
So, is anyone else going to give these stories a try?

Well, the way I look at it, the challenge was to write stories based off the MGE entries. For that reason, I think that it is best to keep with them as best as possible. But, as I said, it is up to other writers in how they wish to write their stories. They don't even have to use the MGE planet for their stories.
(If you don't want to read my lecture, just skip to the bottom and see the last two paragraphs.)
I will soon write a short description of the planet to give it more justification as how I see it in my mind. As I put to you in a PM before, the the planet is the size of Jupiter or Saturn. I'm not big into describing specifics of such things as the inner core of the planet, the weather patterns around it's many different areas, or go into pages and pages of descriptions of how the planet spins on its axis and rotates around the star. After reading J.R.R. Tolkien write about six pages (back and front) about the history of a mountain range in Lord of the Rings, I decided that I would do my best not to write such a long description of something that if I read it would bore me.
This does not, however, mean that a writer should not write that way if they want to. I always say write what you want to write. Don't ever let anyone tell you how to write your stories. If you want to write stories based on the MGE cards, but want to make it that men are able to resist the seductive natures or easily overpower the monster-girls involved, then I say do so. If you write what you enjoy, then you will enjoy writing.
Okay, enough of the lecture. For those that skipped all of that to see what my final comment is, it's simply this:
Write what you want to write, break the rules, create new ones, or bend them in all different directions. It's fiction, which allows the reader and writer to suspend the usual laws of normalcy.

Lemmie first apologize for yankin your chain, Jason. You're right of course, write what you want so your true passion makes it awesome. I'm an Engineering student, so I get off on the science. It helps me bring out interesting things, and it explains a few things alluded to in some of the descriptions. The 'Hell' place for example, where the succubi and demon classes are from, can be explained by my little scheme. All that plasma & rock & energy makes for a great hell dimension. Although I have NO intention of putting six full leaves of descrip. in a single story. Bleh. Stupid Tolkein. I just like laying foundations, guideposts if you will. I do have ADHD, I need something to keep my ass on track. Furthermore, I was considering all the MG's that have come under the influence of the succubus. They need some kind of back-story. Maybe explaining how such a strange place came to be at all, aside from being fap fodder of course. Anywho, all I was tryin to do was motivate the members. Or maybe we need to advertise or somethin? "Come one, come all! Read the fabulous Monster Girl Pronz!" Iunno. *squeezes brain and skulks off the harvest ideas* I'll work somethin out. Let the Monster Girl Challenge continue! Onward writers, ONWARD!!! *gets back to the grindstone*
P.S.
I am Toooootally w/ you on the loli's. Must have boobs and figures. I mean, who wants to fuck a walking 2 x 4?

I think you may have me wrong here, Youkai-sama. I have an affinity toward the slender and skinny girls, a whole lot more than I do toward the buxom or extremely well endowed women. I even have thoughts of older teens (i.e. 16 and up) being with each other or with adults (my favorite are adult women seducing male teens, or female teens seducing adult men). But, due to so many laws around the world, I've made my simple rule that all characters that are sexually involved are over the age of 18 (basic legal age all around).
So, no loli (characters under 18 ) but the character can be as flat chested as a youth, as long as I give their age.

p.s. Also, sorry for the rant earlier. Just enjoy yourself while writing.

I've posted a couple of new stories, and working on the Holstaurus story now. I think I'm starting to break my own rule of keeping with the descriptions, but we all know the old adage:
Rules are made to be broken.
I hope no one will be too upset if I go off target with the stories.

You're not so much breaking a rule, as creating a new and more apt rule. I intend to follow suit and incorporate more aspects of the defining creature into the behavior and tendencies of the monster girls. Especially when it comes to their sexual abilities. My next one, which will actually be a continuation of my Orc story, will be the new and improved Giant Ant.
I would, however, like to warn the community at large. As this will be somewhat of an introduction on the villainous aspect of my story, there will be some despicable and disheartening occurrences. But fear not my friends, the culprits will be dealt with accordingly.
My Opinion on history of places. Write out the WHOLE thing, and then just chose little bits and pieces to mention at different times, some pieces you never mention at ALL, other bits you only just hint at.
Keep the whole for yourself; but give them nothing but echos.

Hey AZ, that's about the same way a lot of major artists write their books. The world of witches and wizards in Harry Potter was fully imagined by J.K. Rowling, though her books only touched on about 10% of the world.
And, before I forget to say this...
The hornet has been sighted on MGE-1. It's a sad tale.
